Shipping Policy

Once the order is submitted, it means that the customer has carefully read, understood and agreed to all the following terms.

In order to protect the rights of both the store and the customers, and to hope that the customers can enjoy a good shopping experience, if the customers have any questions, misunderstandings or disagreements about the following terms, please consult the customer service staff before placing an order.

/ Order Process/

 

  1. Please keep all deposit slips/transfer slips/online banking transaction records/all payment records after placing an order and paying until you receive the goods, otherwise our store has the right not to recognize the payment and shipment.

  2. Once an order is submitted/paid, no changes, cancellations, combined or split orders will be accepted. Please check carefully before placing an order!

  3. After confirming the order, please check the registered email address to see if you have received the order confirmation we sent.

  4. If you do not receive any email (including spam emails), please contact our customer service immediately for enquiry and follow-up.

  5. If you choose SF Express to deliver the goods, the delivery time is subject to actual conditions due to the involvement of third-party logistics processing. The required working days may be affected by special circumstances: such as remote areas, bad weather, or customs inspections, etc., which may delay the delivery time. Within the normal delivery time, customers are requested to inquire about the delivery status of the courier companies themselves. If the goods have not been received after the delivery time, the company can be requested to follow up.

  6. If the customer chooses the [SF Express Cash on Delivery] pickup method, the shipping fee will be charged to the customer upon arrival, and no subsequent discounts or refunds will be provided.

  7. All booking days are based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

8. Some products may be out of stock. We will refund you for the out-of-stock products.
